I have created many AT5 files before using IMC from Satellite Imagery following tutorials from places like twoatsea.com

I’m currently trying to build a new one from a different satellite source. I have georeferenced images - just 1 large image file. JPEG and TIFF. Also a .JGW file, and I believe a usable .KML. I believe it is downloaded at just 1 zoom level (19).

For the life of me I cannot get IMC to create AT5 files or to work. It spends a few seconds looking for the files and then just says “process complete” without generating anything. I’ve gone through the tutorials many times and can’t figure out what I’m missing.

Possibly just having 1 large image file on 1 zoom level? I’m desperate for help!

Very hard to give any sort of answer without a bit more information. Can you post more information about the area and image, including size etc, and also your IMC settings?
